Climbing the Walls? How to Cope as a Family When You Can’t Escape Each Other

Coping with the Covid epidemic as a family is tough for everyone. It’s hard being anxious and scared while not taking it out on our children. It’s important that we set up routines and boundaries. We need to make it clear to our children if we need space to ourselves. Try to make sure that every member of your family has their own space. Try not to be in each other’s way and be clear about how you feel. We also want to talk to our elderly family members about what to do if the worst happens. It can bring us closer together.
