Are You A Parent? Then (for Better Or Worse) You’re A Leader

A lot of parents don’t find themselves as leaders, they see themselves as someone who takes care of children, but doesn’t necessarily lead. With the pandemic, we are realizing more and more that a lot of responsibility for the upbringing of our children has always fallen on our shoulders. Teachers and coaches have always been a part of their upbringing until now and the parents have always held the foundation of that upbringing together, whether they realized it then or not.
